Overview

Welcome! At Mineola Schools, we believe that technology and data-driven instruction are powerful tools for transforming learning. As one of only 8 Apple Distinguished Districts in the world, we are proud to be recognized for our innovative use of technology to create personalized, engaging, and future-ready educational experiences for every student.

The Department of Technology and Assessment is dedicated to supporting both educators and students in leveraging technology to enhance learning outcomes and inform instructional decisions. We ensure our schools are equipped with the tools, infrastructure, and training necessary to thrive in a modern learning environment. At the same time, our commitment to thoughtful, meaningful assessment helps guide instruction, monitor growth, and celebrate student achievement.

Whether it’s empowering students with 1:1 iPad devices, supporting project-based learning, or using data to drive continuous improvement, our department works to ensure that technology and assessment serve as pathways to deeper understanding and success.

We’re excited to continue leading the way in digital learning and assessment innovation. Thank you for visiting, and we invite you to explore how Mineola continues to reimagine what’s possible in education.
