In honor of Earth Day, we recognize our very own Earth Champion Ms. Kennedy. She was recently honored, along with the Environmental Club, by the Town of North Hempstead for her contribution to the community, which includes clean up event, beautification projects and much more.

Councilman Dennis Walsh, Deputy Parks Commissioner John Darcy and Supervisor Jennifer DeSena surprised her with this recognition during a visit to her classroom.
