As part of National Unity Day celebrations, all Jackson Avenue learners contributed to the school’s Unity Day chain by writing down acts of kindness they took part in throughout the week.

Jackson Avenue learners recently celebrated the fall harvest by picking vegetables grown in the school’s Learning Garden.

On Oct. 15, the Mineola High School girls varsity soccer team visited the elementary schools to promote their upcoming “Think Pink” breast cancer fundraising game.

Jackson Avenue School was full of excitement as the Mineola High School Mustangs Cheer Team brought their energy and smiles to a special pep rally!

At the start of the May 9 Board of Education meeting, Mineola administrators and Board of Education members recognized learners from throughout the district for their accomplishments in STEM and
