  • BEST OF THE WEB :The American Library Association has this great web site for kids. It is organized by subjects such as animals, languages, math, history and biography. There's also a special section with sites of interest to parents, caregivers and teachers, as well as an area devoted to sites in Spanish.

  • FACT MONSTER :This one-stop reference site includes an almanac, an atlas, a dictionary and an encyclopedia. The site also features a daily famous birthday and event in history, quizzes, interesting topics in the spotlight, games and a homework help center.

  • HOMEWORK CENTER :Check this out to see a rich and practical collection of common education subjects such as animals, American history, biographies, maps,states' information and more. Also, just a click away at the top of the home page is Tareas Escolares - the entire web site in Spanish!
